Silks restaurant at the Moevenpick is very well known for it's Friday brunch, Steak night, Seafood Night and Pasta night buffet's.
On this trip, we visited the Italian night. A colleague and I arrived at about 7pm. We were actually the first to arrive at the restaurant, which is fine with me since I don't like big crowds. We were offered a variety of appetizers and different type of salads. On the main line, was a variety of pasta's that you could pick from, then provide your plate to the chef who will then grill it up to your request with either a white or red pasta sauce. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have other dishes like lasagna, meat balls, or sausages.
As with all the Moevenpick buffets, there was a large selection of desserts to complete the gorging.
