The La Marine is located at the Budaiya Burgerland Round-about. You can't miss the big sign next to Burgerland.
We went for an early dinner and caught the "Grand Buffet." I would call the buffet grand, but it was nice and offered a variety of fried foods. For a seafood place, I was expecting a bigger spread of seafood. I've only been there once, but if I ever make a second trip, I will order off the menu. Then menu items sounds very delicious and seems to be reasonable priced.
