One of my daughters favorite restaurants in Bahrain is Nando's.
They offer a great variety of grilled Portuguese style chicken meals. You can order them with a specific type of sauce. Beware, this can be very spicy. Note, these items are prepared with the level of spice. You also get a selection of sauces at the table. I would recommend tasting the food before you start adding the sauces. For sides, I really like the 3 bean salad, corn on the cob and spinach.
