Admittedly, I haven't been to any other Filipino restaurant, but Fast Food near the DHL is absolutely delicious. They offer a huge menu at ver reasonable prices. On this trip, my wife and I shared an oder of spring rolls, pandit with vegetables and my favorite, kaldreta. A word of advise, the green items in the kaldreta dish is not a green bean, it's a pepper and will light you up in you're not careful.
